Search Engine Optimization Specialist - SEO, Ellos - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

We are looking for you

We are looking for an ambitious digital talent with the mindset and willingness to take our SEO to the next level.

You will work closely together with our SEO Manager and be involved in tactical, strategical and administrational work. The main focus of this role in the short run is to operationally execute on the set SEO strategy, and in the long run, help to develop and improve all parts included in SEO at Ellos.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and/or optimize text content to improve SEO
• Optimize meta titles and descriptions
• Publish SEO content
• Continuously work with keyword analysis around our categories to identify and suggest potential improvements
• Setup and validate redirects
• Help plan, execute and follow up on technical SEO projects
• Work together with our internal teams to help build synergies around SEO
• Work together with our external agencies to further develop our co-operation
• Assist in regularly scanning our sites for SEO-related issues
• Assist in developing improved SEO processes at Ellos
• Assist in analyzing and presenting SEO-related results

Skills & Requirements, we think you might have the following background/profile:

Working Experience

• 1 to 3 years experience in SEO / Digital Marketing
• Experience in Google Analytics and Google Search Console (Experience in specific SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs etc. is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working with and publishing web content
• Experience in Excel along with an analytical mindset and attention to detail

Education & specific skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, another Scandinavian is language is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar

Personal characteristics

• Enthusiastic, dynamic individual with a high level of interest in the digital marketing industry
• You are fast processing, reliable, structured and highly motivated to learn and evolve
• You have excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to think creatively
• A commitment to achieving excellent, measurable results with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and taking initiatives on projects
• Ability to stay focused and motivated through occasional periods of heavy workload
