Manager Business Systems - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

Job Description

As a manager of Business Systems, you have a senior role in the IT-organisation, including not only the responsibility as line manager for your team, but also taking on a strategic, tactical and operational responsibility for your area as well as being a key contributor for the Ellos Group business development. 

In this role you are an integral part in all business development projects in the Ellos Group. When and where we are running projects where the customer fulfillment backbone is the main part, you will own and sometime project manage these initatives. In other projects you are one of the key stakeholders. You will work closely together with all parts of the Ellos Group. 

Background

You probably have a long background working with projects and business development, probably within the ERP area. You are deeply interested in the business side of things and you have a keen interest in building a strong network in the organisation. You have a natural interest in the system and technology side and you are likely viewed as an authority in this area. You have an experience in leading people, either as a line manager or as a project manager.

• Fluent in english
• 10+ years experience in systems- and business development within the ERP area, preferably with Infor M3
• Experience from ecommerce and retail is a plus
• Experience in working with agile methods
• Proven track record of getting things done
• 5+ years experience in leading people (directly or indirectly)

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a part of the core of business development within Ellos Group and proactively drive the strategic and tactical agenda for the Group.
• Lead architect for the customer fulfillment backbone systems, including ERP, Integration platform, Financial Revenue systems 
• Member of the IT Management Team (ITMT)
• Act as line manager for the Business Systems team (11 people), including specialists in integration, ERP-systems and mainframe.
• Develop a vision and roadmap for the systems within you area and proactively communicate this vision to the rest of the company.
• Drive relationship to our strategic vendors, including strategic roadmap for the portfolio, contracts and agreement as well as build a strong external competence network.
• Develop your team to meet and exceed agreed goals, to become a natural employer of choice for people outside Ellos Group. Also includes being a driving part in developing the IT-organisation as a whole

We run our own operations and have a strong development team. Allmost everyone is located in Borås, but we also have a team in Kiev.
